The quality of the printed circuit boards depend on the manufacturer’s technical knowledge and skills. This is why quality requirements such as UL and MIL specifications are of great importance to us. Therefore we strive for constant quality improvement of the PCBs which we manufacture, in order to meet the high demands of our customers. The modern PCB continuously gets more compact and lightweight, with constantly increased packing density and 'High Tech' design.
A PCB with its specific characteristics forms the essential part of the subsequent assembly process. This is why PCB Elect Export ensures and checks the quality in each process step, from the raw material to the final product. Our objective is to manufacture a product with 'zero defects'. Furthermore, our produced PCBs are subject to electronic test and visual inspection prior to their dispatch in a vacuum-sealed package.
We supply one-side PCBs, multi-layer PCBs with up to 40 layers, flexible PCBs and even rigid flexible PCBs (Starrflex). Special material such as Teflon, polyamide and copper layers up to 200 µm is no problem. We are also looking forward to meeting your requirements.
